Non-APEL Application

Step 1: Prepare documents & fill up application form & pay the registration fee RM500
Step 2: The university approved your application & issue Offer Letter (1 week)
Step 3: Issue Student ID / Matric No (1 week)
Step 4: Apply PTPTN Loan or EPF Withdrawal
Step 5: Attend classes

APEL Application

Step 1: Prepare documents & fill up application form & pay the registration fee RM500
Step 2: Do the APEL TEST & Pass (1 week)
Step 3: The university approved your application & issue Offer Letter (1 week)
Step 4: Give the Student ID / Matric No (1 week)
Step 5: Apply PTPTN Loan or EPF Withdrawal
Step 6: Attend classes
